Holistic health is about caring for the whole person; mind, body, and spirit, especially during times of change, uncertainty, stress, or illness. Rather than simply addressing symptoms, holistic health seeks to uncover underlying patterns, strengthen resilience, and support lasting healing and transformation.
My approach integrates a variety of evidence-informed and complementary therapies, including somatic therapy, yoga therapy, holistic nutrition, neuroplasticity training, animal-assisted learning, PEMF therapy, and energy healing. Together, these modalities support nervous system regulation, deepen self-awareness, and help you reconnect with your innate capacity to heal and thrive.

As a Holistic Health Practitioner, I support individuals navigating life's transitions, challenges, and periods of uncertainty.
